Our whimsical centerpieces are little collections of treasures from Goodwill, thrift stores, discount bins, and around the house. 

Globes

Dressmaking. Dress form is from Ross. Accessories borrowed from a seamstress friend.

Science!! We found the light bulb on the side of the road. The light bulb base is from Goodwill, and the test tube rack from Ebay.

'Tealight' holders. Goodwill teacups, epoxied onto tree stump candle holders from Michael's.

More Goodwill goodness. Matching set of glass flower bowls, expoxied onto mismatched pillar candleholders.

Goodwill plate and glass vase make a cake stand. Dome from Goodwill, too. Glass apple is an heirloom from Grandma. On a bed of moss- delicious!

Jeweled topiary! Base is a plant pot from Michael's (clearance for 5 cents!)

Goodwill. Vase on the left is a hurricane candle holder epoxied onto a short amber candleholder (40 cents at a rummage sale). Will fill with clementines and lemons.

Butterfly vases. Dollar Tree vases on Goodwill bases. Butterflies printed on vellum and glued to the vase.

Straight up rummage sale score. Grand total under a dollar. Will fill with limes or flowers.

Copper birdcages from Michael's.  Were white, but we sprayed them copper.  Gotta love spray paint.  Ceramic birds are from Michael's, and the colorful birdies are from Rite Aid drug store.  You never know where you'll find a treasure!  All bases from Goodwill, of course.
